Appearance
This house was built in 1906 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. The structure was apparently used as a rooming house for a period beginning at some point after 1937. It appears the house has since been returned to single family use.

Much of the original siding was replaced or covered with composition imitation brick shingle siding at some point after 1937 (it has since been painted white). Concrete/asbestos shingles replaced or covered the existing cladding elsewhere. The window trim has been altered to accommodate the siding. The wood balustrade over the entry porch has been replaced with a metal deck railing.
