Appearance
This house is an eclectic mix of various Victorian era, primarily Queen Anne (corner towers) and Queen Anne -- Cottage (low scale and spndlework porch posts) style elements. A palladian window in the west facing gable gives the structure a slight Free Classic flavor. For the most part, the additions are very plain.

This house was built in 1903 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County GIS Center Property Report, the house was remodeled in 1996; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.

There appears to be at least one early addition and one late addition at the back of the structure. The basement garage appears to be a relatively recent alteration. The large stairway that originally provided access to the west facing porch is no longer extant. Most of the windows appear to have been replaced with vinyl (or perhaps aluminum) units. The vertical board siding at the base of the structure has been patched where openings have been altered or removed. The soffits appear to have been rebuilt. The opening between the turned posts at the face of the porch where a stairway once entered has been filled with a porch railing matching the existing railings to either side.
