Appearance
This is a bungalow with residual Queen Anne detailing.

This house was built in 1906 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1937; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.

The original entry porch has been enclosed and the entry door has been moved to the middle of the street facing elevation, significantly altering the facade. The entry steps have been altered to serve the relocated entry. An original window has been removed and replaced by what is now the entry; a new window has been added at the enclosed porch. The siding has been patched and extended at the former porch. The soffit has been partially rebuilt but appears to be in need of further repair.
