The design of this relatively simple structure incorporates an eclectic mix of Queen Anne details.
This house was built in 1905 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County GIS Center Property Report, the house was remodeled in 1989; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.
Most (if not all) of the windows have been replaced with wood units of similar size but dissimilar function.
The houses at 2414, 2518, and 2522 E. Howell Street are very similar in design and placement and were almost certainly all the work of the same designer and builder.
