Appearance
The hip roof with intersecting pented gable, the fenestration and the detailing are all typical of Queen Anne work. The Tuscan columns and baluster railings at the entry porch, the modillions at the front facing gable , and the built-up frieze are all Queen Anne -- Free Classic features.

This house was built in 1900 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was moved in 1927 and the basement was added at that time.

This structure has functioned as a duplex since at least 1937. A unoriginal stairway is visible at the north elevation. It appears to be associated with a previously existing, though perhaps altered bay near the center of the north elevation and may serve the entry of the second dwelling unit. The front entry door appears to have been replaced.
