This building was constructed in 1920, probably for a service or storage garage. In the late 1930s it was used for clothing manufacturing. It now houses a large book store. It is largely intact, except that the original divided light steel sash windows have been replaced with wood sash that looks very similar to the original.

| Appearance |
| This one-story building is on a mid-block lot on a side street directly behind the Odd Fellows Hall on E. Pine Street. It is of concrete and mill construction. The main (east) facade is divided into six bays; between them are concrete pilasters with simple concrete capitals above the cornice. The cornice has three scallop-shaped pendants above each bay; each capital also has a pendant. The southernmost bay has a garage door with an 18-light transom. The center two bays are completely filled with multi-light wood sash with operable 20-light transoms. Two 21-light windows flank these two large bays. The north end of the building has the store entries with divided light transoms and, at the end, another large bay filled with divided light sash. |
