Significance
Note: This was originally a wooden vernacular building that has since been completely remodeled and reclad, although there are vestiges of older window openings. The present storefront is located where there was once a large service entrance with large wooden doors. By 1958, the building was owned by the Amick Sheet Metal Works, which is still present in a neighboring building at 2727 6th Ave South.
