This small commercial building originally served as a warehouse and wholesale sales operation and was constructed in 1968 for Keystone, Inc. The Seattle Times reported on 6-26-1968 (p.56) that the facility was being constructed for $100,000. Tax records indicate that the architect was Ken Ripley. Keyston, Inc. was a wholesale distributor of upholstery fabrics, vinyl-coated fabrics and cushion materials throughout the PNW. The building was subsequently used as a food processing plant for Liberty Farms.
