Original 3-sory southern wing (100’ x 180’) of warehouse was constructed in 1954 for Sunset Electrical Co. (offices <st1:street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">300 Westlake Ave. N.). Designed by Arnold G. Ganges, architect and constructed at a cost of $250.00 per Permit# 431530. One-story delivery bay addition to north side made c.1974. By 1991, known as the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Fred <st1:placename w:st="on">Rogers <st1:placename w:st="on">Building. By 1993, in use by Seattle Opera for rehearsal/storage/shop purposes. North wing added c.2000.
