Based on field work conducted in October 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the University Park neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance.  It is now used as a rooming house.


 
Appearance
This 2 1/2 story residence has a cross-gabled roof form with a prominent front-facing gable, knee braces, clapboard siding on the first and second floors and stucco with half timbering in the gable ends. The windows and porch have been altered.
