Significance

Based on field work conducted in October 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the University Park neighborhood.

This is a particularly well-preserved historic property that appears to possess architectural and/or historic significance.  It was originally a single-family residence but has been converted to commercial use as law offices. 

 
Appearance
This Craftsman-style building is 2 1/2 stories in height with a side gabled roof, prominent front gabled wall dormer, and gabled roof dormer. It is clad in clapboard siding with stucco and half timbering in the gable ends.  It has a center covered porch with a Juliette balcony above surrounded by a square wood balustrade. Window and the entry door are new but in original openings.
