Based on field work conducted in October 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the University Park neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance.  Curently use as a rooming house. 

 
Appearance
Two and a half stories, gambrel roof with shed roof dormers, full width enclosed (altered) porch with balcony above surrounded by square wood balustrade, clapboard cladding, some original double-hung wood windows with divided uppers, some newer windows in original openings, new entry added on front facade for rooming house use.
