Based on field work conducted in October 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the University Park neighborhood.

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance.  It is currently used as a duplex.

 
Appearance
Two and a half stories, hipped roof, front hipped roof dormer, wide boxed eaves, partially enclosed full width hip roofed porch, entry to one side, symmetrical facade above, double-hung wood frame windows with divided uppers, clapboard cladding on first floor, stucco cladding on second floor, clinker brick porch foundation and piers.
