Appearance
This two-story house has a rectangular footprint under a hipped roof with boxed eaves and a wide cornice with dentil molding and modillions. Cladding is red brick laid in a Flemish bond. The façade is symmetrical with a center entry highlighted by a surround with a broken pediment, Doric pilasters, and dentil molding. The paneled door is flanked by leaded glass sidelights with panels below. Above the entry on the second floor is a 6/6 wood, double-hung window. On either side of the entry is a fixed plate glass window between two narrow 12-light windows. Above these on the second floor are paired wood, double-hung, 8/8 windows. Side elevation windows are also 8/8. There is an exterior chimney in the center of the east elevation.
