Significance
This building was constructed after the period of historic significance for the Montlake NRHP historic district.
 
Appearance
To the east of the 1965 building is a 4-story office building of reinforced concrete construction with a flat roof with a parapet. The exterior is smooth concrete with brick panels beneath the windows. Windows are paired sliding sash with individual concrete awnings. Two entries are on the west elevation.
