Constructed in 1950, this concrete block professional office building is located midblock on the west side of Second Avenue W between W Harrison Street and W Thomas Street. The building’s site slopes down from the north to the south. The building at 325 Second Avenue W is a two-story Modern building with a flat roof with parapet. The rectangular building stands on a poured concrete foundation and is clad in brick veneer. The building has a horizontal appearance, emphasized by bands of multi-lite metal frame windows, which are largely intact. The building features new doors, 1 metal and 1 copper. Metal panels wrap around one of the entrances at the north end of the east elevation. A metal angled awning projects over the south entrance. |
