Significance
This small dry cleaner, located just west of Broadway, was built in 1932.  It originally had an Art Moderne look, which has somewhat decreased with the filling in of a large circular window near the front.

Appearance
This one-story masonry building is on a corner lot with an extensive frontage along E. Olive Way.  The main entrance is at the southwest corner, with a pair of steel-and-glass doors flanked by large windows.  Just east of the entry is a large circular window, now filled in but still apparent.  Plate glass windows extend along the short elevation to the north and along the rest of the south elevation. At the east end of the buidling the roof extends out to cover a drive-through entrance.  That end of the building is marked by a prominent lighted sign with an arrow pointing to the drive-through.
