This house is one of a cohesive row of early 20th century vernacular dwellings built in 1908 and 1909 by Z. A. Harrison. This house contributes to the historic streetscape of the north side of the 200 block of 17th Avenue South.
According to tax records, chin Hin acquired this house in 1936.

Appearance |
This vernacular house is an expression of the Dutch Colonial Revival style with a touch of Cratsman detail. Front and side gambrels are unembellished. The full width inset porch has a false open eave with exposed rafter ends. The porch is supported by four classical columns resting on a balustrade made of horizontal siding to match the house. |
