Further evaluaiton of this apartment building may yield informaiton regarding its strong resemblence to the work of carpenter/contractor Sam Catania.

This is a two story brick apartment building with full height bays on either side of an arched center entrance. The building is distinguished by the use of polychrome brick and stucco and tile pent roof which spans the façade beneath molded cornice. |
