Significance
This house is a good example of early to mid-20th century vernacular architecture. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential development of Seattle. It and its setting contribute to the hisotric streetscape. Further evalution of this house may yield information regarding the rich ethnic history of this traditionally Japanese/American and Italian/American neighborhood.
 
Appearance
This is a one story stucco vernacular hosue with Spanish/Mediterranean influence. A tile pent roof spans the façade between stucco parapets. It has a simple asymmetrical entrance and wooden casement windows. Masonry steps to the front porch have a side entry. There is a garage built into the front basement of the house.
