This building exhibits the use of the Art Deco style to ornament even the smallest buildings. The narrow concrete structure was a dry cleaning plant for many years and is now used as an art gallery. The major features are the four pilasters flanking the front entry and windows, topped with stepped Art Deco-style ornament. A similar building is located next door, but it has been altered.
