This small commercial building, from 1926, is of reinforced concrete construction, indicating that it was probably built as an auto-related business. Concrete was the preferred construction material for such buildings, for fire safety reasons. In 1937 it housed Henrys Garage, with a center garage entry and a storefront with very large display windows. It has been altered for retail and restaurant use, with new entries and windows. The cast stone façade has been painted black.
