Appearance
This house appears to be a local interpretation of a Craftsman bungalow. It is remarkably intact and interesting for its hipped roof mass [is] over powered by a gabled porch. The house has wide eaves with exposed rafter ends. The porch only has knee braces and is supported by lattice-work columns. Narrow clapboard covers the house while wider boards cover the foundation. A brick chimney rises from the center of the hip. This house and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
