(2002) This house is significant as a side gabled Craftsman Style house that has a front facing gabled dormer. The architect/builder is unknown. This house was moved from 4550 15th Ave NE in 1951.
Based on field work conducted in October 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the University Park neighborhood.
This is a particularly well-preserved historic property that appears to possess architectural and/or historic significance.

| Appearance |
This property exhibits no substantive changes to the exterior appearance since it was identified in the 2002 HRI project.
(2002) This one and a half story Craftsman is situated on its lot facing east. The house has a side gabled roof with a single gabled dormer on the front elevation. The house is clad in clapboard siding on the first floor front and both stories on the side; the front facing dormer on the main elevation is clad in shingle side. The gabled roof has wide rafters supported by simple brackets. The front first floor elevation has a front porch that spans the entire width of the house. On the first floor front elevation is the front door flanked by paired double-hung windows with multi-paned upper sashes. The front facing gabled dormer has two pairs of square windows with multi-paned fixed sashes. Single double-hung windows with multi-paned upper sashes are repeated on all elevations. |
