Appearance
The Frederick Building is a relatively straightforward three-story brick box apartment structure. The building footprint is T-shaped. Columns supporting a decorative cast stone cornice surround the entrance. On either side of the entrance on the first floor are single three-part double-hung windows. The keystones of the lintels are decorative stone scroll brackets. These windows are repeated on the floors above. Above the entrance on the first and second floors are narrow casement windows. The cornice is simple with a decorative scrollwork pattern. This apartment building’s windows, cladding and trim are quite intact.
