Significance

Based on field work conducted in September 2014, this historic property retains its relationship to the streetscape, historic building form and a sufficient amount of exterior historic building fabric (design features, cladding and/or window sash/openings) to contribute to the distinct character of the Georgetown neighborhood. This is an altered but relatively intact historic property that may possess some limited architectural and/or historic significance.  Due to its construction date (age), design character and/or condition no historical research has been undertaken regarding this property. This property exhibits no substantive changes to the exterior appearance since it was identified in the 1997 HRI project.

 
Appearance
Craftsman style bungalow with double course wood shingle cladding, gable roof, composition roofing, and a poured concrete foundation. Building has typical bungalow details such as knee braces and wide overhanging eaves. Arched colonial revival style entry hood that may not be original. Windows are double-hung sash with vertically divided panes in the upper sash. There is a secondary entry porch on the south side.
