Significance
This building is a good example of early 20th century multifamily housing. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential development of Seattle. It and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
 
Appearance
This is a three story brick and stucco apartment building with Italianate overtones. It has a paneled architrave with overhanging cornice above. The cornice has false rafter ends. The building is further distinguished by two three-sided bay windows on each façade.
