Significance
The upper half floor (attic) of this structure was unfinished when surveyed by the Assessor in 1937. The King County Assessor Property Characteristics Report indiates that the building was completed in 1910; however, the King County Property Record Card gives the date built as 1915. The original permit has not yet been located so the owner at time of construction, the designer and the builder remain unknown. DCLU microfilm records indicate that owner Thomas L. Procunier added a garage to the site in 1922. The property was owned by Rose Mary Procunier in 1935.
