Historic Name: Unknown Common Name:
Style: Queen Anne Neighborhood: Central Area
Built By: Year Built: 1895

Significance
In the opinion of the survey, this property is located in a potential historic districe (National and/or local).
This house has been compromised by alterations to its windows, cladding and roof framing. It is included in the inventory because it is one of a pair of virtually identical early Queen Anne townhouses and thus contributes to our knowledge of residential development in Seattle. This block is not mapped on the 1893 Sanborn but these houses do appear on the 1904-1905 map. N. Katz held title to this property in 1938.

Appearance
This is a two story, frame Queen Anne stripped of its rich detail. The original roof was a steeply pitched front facing gable. That roofline has been altered to a low pitched gable. The house has two, two-story porches, the front entrance being a pedimented stoop. It also has a two story, three sided bay window. It is located to the south of its mirror image, 621 21st Avenue.
