This house was built in 1907 and is significant because of the modified American Foursquare design with a wrap around porch. The architect and/or builder are unknown. Early ownership is unknown. It may have been architect designed; the architect is identified as Jacobs by the King County property record card. Anna and Louis Jones, occupied the house from approximately 1924 to the late 1940’s.

| Appearance |
| This two story modified American Foursquare house is situated on its lot facing east. The house is clad in narrow clapboard on the first story and stucco siding on the second story. The roof of the house is hipped. A porch extends the length of the front elevation and wraps around the south elevation. Where the porch and roof are rounded where the porch turns the corner. The front entrance is on the north end of the front elevation. A large double hung window is to the south of the front entrance. The upper story has double hung windows with single panes above and below. This house is in deteriorated condition but its historic features are relatively intact. |
