Appearance
This three story, nine-unit apartment is of wood frame construction and is supported by a concrete foundation. The building has a rectangular plan and a flat roof. The third story has a square plan, creating decks on the front and rear elevations. Balconies are located on the other stories, below the upper decks. The building is clad in narrow, horizontal cedar siding. The fenestration consists of large windows with narrow, lower canopy sashes.
