Significance
This modest building was built in 1948, when construction was recovering after World War II. It is of concrete construction with large aluminum-framed display windows and stucco cladding. In recent years stone tile has been added on the lower portion. In the 1950s it was the Candy Distribution Company and in the 1970s the AAA Coffee Service. These were typical of the types of businesses that located in Belltown at the time so that they could be close to their customers in downtown office buildings.
