Significance
This house is a good example of early to mid-20th century vernacular architecture. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential development of Seattle. It and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape. Further evaluation of this house may yield informaiton regarding the rich ethnic hisotry of this traditionally Japanese/American and Italian/American neighborhood.
 
Appearance
This is a one story stucco vernacular house with Spanish/Mediterranean influence. A tile pent roof spans the façade between corner parapets. It has a parial width recessed porch and cottage windows. Masonry steps to the front porch have a side entry. There is a garage built into the front basement of the house. Cedar trees enhance the Mediterranean feel of the property.
