Significance
This is a good example of late 19th/early 20th century vernacular architecture. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential development of Seattle. It and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
 
Appearance
This is one of a pair of identical one story grame vernacular cottages with Queen Anne details including cutaway bay with decorative art glass window and hipped roof with façade gable projection. It has a hipped roof asymmetrical proch, which has been enclosed. Original siding is covered with new shingles.
