Significance
County Asessor records indicate this one-story building was built in 1929 but it appears to have been rebuilt in 1953 and has been remodeled since then. In 1967 it was remodeled to become the Lyric Theatre. At that time it had large display windows with multicolored brick below. A large auditorium was added toward the rear, with a lobby and restrooms toward the front. It has been remodeled again since then, with much smaller windows, probably for office use.
