Significance
The dates for this structure are not precisely known. The King County Assessor Property Characteristics Report indicates the structure was built in 1930. However, the current owner of the property believes the house was originally built in 1919 on a lot that is now included within the Interstate 5 right-of-way. The current owner claims that the house was moved out of the path of the freeway onto its present site in 1962.
