Significance
This two-story apartment building with daylight basement was built in 1926 according to the King County Property Record Card (1937) and the King County Assessor Property Characteristics Report (accessed in 2005). Abraham Larson was the owner of the property when it was surveyed by the Assessor’s office in 1937. Larson had apparently acquired the building in 1929. The building appears to have been purchased by C. H. Luttinen in 1943. It is unclear when the current owner acquired the property.
 
Appearance
This is a two-story, brick clad, wood frame apartment block built over a full daylight basement on a concrete foundation. The building contains 10 apartments. The Assessor noted in his 1937 survey that the building contained 10 built-in radios and “10 Refrigeration Central.” A garage structure existed behind (to the south of) the building when the property was surveyed in 1937.
