| Appearance |
| This cottage is a good, intact example of a very modest Craftsman bungalow. The side-gable version is dominated by a monumental gable roof porch, which has knee brace and wood shingle embellishment in the gable. Narrow clapboard covers the house and porch railing while wide clapboard covers the slightly battered foundation. The wide, open eaves have exposed rafter ends and knee braces. The large windows are multipane-over one Craftsman windows and the front door is a cottage door with eight small lights. This house contributes to the hisotric streetscape. |
