This house is important for its form. A note on the 1937 tax card states that the house was "moved" but no information is given as to when or from where. Maggie Craven held title in 1937.
 
Appearance
This house is representative of the one & 1/2 story gable folk houses that characterize early South Park. Its characteristics include a steeply pitched roof, sparse windows, asymmetrical entrance, clapboard siding and substantial brick center chimney. This house also has an unusual partial width, asymmetrical hipped roof porch. Pairs of façade windows have been replaced by plate glass.
