This is a good example of early/mid 20th century vernacular architecture. It contributes to our knowledge of the architectural and residential development of Seattle. Appearance
This is a one and 1/2 story brick builder's cottage characterized by clipped side gables, symmetrical gabled entrance porch, and patterned brick gable walls and gront porch columns.
