Appearance |
South Park's only Dutch Colonial Revivial house, this dwelling has a front facing gambrel roof. The one story entrance porch has neoclassical columns, which rest on a baluster composed of siding, which matches the house. An obtrusive addition above the front porch severely damages the integrity of the house, which is also clad in vinyl siding. A diamond pattern decorative window and a bay window on the east side of the house give further evidence of its original stylish treatment. This house and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape. |
