Applications for lot boundary adjustments in Seattle are filed by appointment with the Department of Planning and Development (DPD). Lot boundary adjustments must satisfy public concerns of health, safety and welfare as detailed in Seattle's Land Use Code (Chapter 23.28 of the Seattle Municipal Code or SMC).
