3036655-LU is proposing a Minor MUP Revision. The project received Land Use correction in the Building Permit review that pointed out a disconnect between the exterior finishes in the approved MUP set and the BP set. At the time of submitting the final MUP correction, the plan set had not been updated to reflect the exterior finish conditions that were illustrated in the Design Review Recommendation. This Minor MUP revision aims to include the appropriate exterior finish schedule into the approved plan set. There were also a few elements in this Land Use correction that speak to changes that were required due to mechanical and energy corrections, so this Minor MUP revision aims to include these updates into the approved set as well.
