We need to separate the single lot (parcel #9822000430) into two relatively equal lots due to changing bank lenders for the second portion of the project. The property was designed & permitted under MUP 3034294-LU as one project on a single lot amended by a Lot Boundary Adjustment, 3034293-LU. We propose the project would continue to comply with development standards on a combined lot basis, and would acknowledge this condition with a note on the face of the Short Plat to satisfy SMC 23.24.040.A.1. Compliance with building code for the lot line intersecting the towers would be achieved via a "single site agreement" that would be recorded concurrently with the Short Plat. Familiar with the project - Crystal Torres (Land Use) & Emily Lofstedt (Zoning).
